The base rate: from €5 per headphone, per day
AURA rentals start at €5 per headphone, per day, with no minimum order. You rent for your headcount - roughly one headphone per guest - and spares are always included on top. A multi-day event simply multiplies by the number of days you keep the kit.
What changes the price
- Number of headphones - the single biggest factor, priced per unit.
- Number of days - the rental multiplies by the days you keep the equipment.
- Delivery and setup - from €60, or collect from our Barcelona base for free.
- Add-ons - an on-site technician, microphones for talks or classes, or DJ gear.
- Custom branding - your logo printed on the headphones for corporate events.
Delivery across Spain
We deliver, set up and collect anywhere in Spain from our Barcelona base, with delivery from €60. For an event in or near Barcelona you can also pick up and drop off yourself to skip the delivery fee entirely.
Rent or buy?
If you run events every week, buying your own set can pay for itself in about two rentals - after that it is pure margin, and you can print your own brand on the headphones. For one-off and occasional events, renting is almost always the better call.
