Deposit, damage and cancellation.
Is there a deposit?
No. Standard rentals need no deposit at all. You simply book, pay for the rental in full before your event, and we handle the rest, with no card holds or percentage of the value tied up.
What if a headphone or transmitter is lost or damaged?
Normal wear is on us, and every rental includes spares on top of your headcount. Anything lost or damaged beyond normal use is charged at replacement cost: 50 € per headphone, 150 € per transmitter, 30 € per transmitter case or charger, and 5 € per cable. The hirer is responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection.
Can I cancel?
Yes, and moving the date is even easier. Cancel free up to 14 days before your event and anything paid is refunded in full. Between 14 and 7 days it is 50% of the total. Within 7 days a booking is non-refundable, though in genuinely exceptional cases we will always try to help. Rather move the date? Rebooking is free whenever we can fit your new date, and if we are ever unable to deliver on our side you receive a full refund.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is made in full to confirm your booking, invoiced with VAT. Your exact quote lists everything before you commit, with no obligation until you are ready.
