Deposit, damage and cancellation.
Is there a deposit?
Normally no. Most rentals need no deposit at all. For some bookings we may ask for a refundable deposit, either a fixed amount or a percentage of the order, returned once the equipment is back and checked.
What if a headphone or transmitter is lost or damaged?
Normal wear is on us, and every rental includes spares on top of your headcount. Anything lost or damaged beyond normal use is charged at replacement cost: 50 € per headphone, 150 € per transmitter, 30 € per transmitter case or charger, and 5 € per cable. The hirer is responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection.
Can I cancel?
Bookings are confirmed with full payment, so cancellations are reviewed case by case. If something genuinely extraordinary comes up we will do our best to find a solution with you. Outside those situations a confirmed booking is generally non-refundable. If we are ever unable to deliver on our side, you receive a full refund.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is made in full to confirm your booking, invoiced with VAT. Your exact quote lists everything before you commit, with no obligation until you are ready.
