These terms cover how we work together when you rent or buy equipment from us or book our event services. The specific details of your booking (prices, dates, quantities, deposit and delivery) are set out in the written quote we send you.

About these terms
By using this website, and by requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or buying equipment from us, you agree to these terms. Where a written quote or rental agreement covers a point in more detail, that document governs your booking.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are usually valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise; after that, prices may change with availability. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay the deposit set out in it. Until then, your dates and stock are not reserved.
Prices and payment
Prices are those shown in your quote, in euros. Rental prices include VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise; equipment sales are quoted before VAT unless stated otherwise. A deposit (the amount is shown on your quote) confirms the booking, and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. You can pay by bank transfer, Bizum, or card (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna included) through a secure Stripe link; the payment details are on your quote or invoice.
Rental equipment: care and responsibility
Rented equipment stays our property throughout the rental. You are responsible for it from the moment it is delivered or collected until it is returned to us, and you agree to use it as intended and keep it safe from loss, theft and damage. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received, and please tell us about any fault as soon as you notice it. Units lost or damaged beyond normal use are charged at replacement cost: 50 EUR per headphone, 150 EUR per transmitter, 30 EUR per transmitter case or charger, and 5 EUR per cable.
Delivery, collection and returns
Delivery, self pick-up and collection options are as agreed in your quote, and delivery and collection times are confirmed 48 hours before the event. Please have the equipment ready, complete, and available for return or collection at the agreed time and place.
Equipment substitution
We may substitute equivalent equipment where that is necessary to fulfil your booking, at no loss of quality to your event.
Cancellations and changes
Deposits are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are reviewed case by case: if something genuinely extraordinary comes up, we will do our best to find a solution with you, but outside those situations a confirmed booking is generally non-refundable. If we are ever unable to deliver on our side, you receive a full refund. Postponements are always possible and free of charge when we can accommodate the new date.
Buying equipment
For equipment you buy from us, ownership and risk pass to you once payment is complete and the equipment is delivered. Your purchase is covered by the statutory warranty, by any additional warranty stated in your quote, and by your rights as a consumer under Spanish law.
Event and production services
Where we provide event or production services, we carry them out with reasonable skill and care. What is included, together with timings and requirements, is what we agree with you in writing.
Our liability
We provide our equipment and services with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including its text, images, logos and design, belongs to Aura Silent Disco S.L. or its licensors and may not be reused without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Barcelona, without affecting the rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your place of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
